Shipping

Orders are processed and received within 3-7 business days. On average, our customers will receive their orders within 5 business days from the time their order was placed. Once shipped, international orders can take up to ten business days to deliver. During huge sales, it can take up to ten business days for domestic orders and fourteen days for international orders.

Shipping Delays

All orders are subjected to order verification and security checks.

Orders must be verified prior to shipping. Orders may be subjected to security checks if the billing and shipping address differs. We suggest using the same billing and shipping address to prevent shipping delays.

Please ensure your address is complete and correct as incomplete and/or incorrect shipping addresses can lead to shipping delays. If orders are returned secondary to incorrect/incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipment.

International Orders

Prices quoted at checkout include shipping and products purchased. Prices however, do not include duties, tase, or custom fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number and can track your package.
